Stop getting ghosted

Turns out, Google Calendar doesn’t send meeting reminders to your attendees. When people forget to show up, your time gets wasted. We know—annoying!

How does this thing work?

QuickRemind is so simple, we barely need to explain it (but we will anyway).
1.

Link QuickRemind to your Google Calendar

2.

Send out a meeting invite like usual

3.

Choose when you’d like your attendees to receive a reminder

4.

Party when
everyone shows up

What’s in it for me?

You mean besides eliminating that dreaded feeling of being stood up?
Or the feeling of having your precious time wasted? Well, that depends on who you are:

Salespeople

Avoid missing out on sales because a lead didn’t attend

Entrepreneurs

Take back time to run your business, not waiting on
meeting no-shows

Project Managers

Prevent absentee members at crucial team meetings

What’s this going to cost?

Not a lot. We recommend QuickRemind PRO at $36 per year (or $5 per month if you prefer to pay monthly), but the free version is great, too.

FAQ

Doesn't Google Calendar send reminders?
Not quite! Google Calendar will send you personal meeting reminders, but won't send them to your meeting attendees. Crazy, right?
Got it. What about Calendly?
Calendly's Basic plan (free) does not send meeting reminders to meeting attendees.
Is a credit card required for the QuickRemind Pro trial?
Nope! We'll never ask for a credit card until you've had a chance to experience the QuickRemind value firsthand.
What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be downgraded to a Free plan. If you'd like to upgrade to a QuickRemind Pro plan, you can do so anytime before the end of your trial, or once you've been downgraded to a Free plan.

Rest assured, if you are downgraded to a Free plan, your attendees will continue to receive meeting reminders, but the reminders' messaging won't be customizable, nor will the sending schedule. The sending schedule will default to 24-hours prior to your scheduled meeting.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my QuickRemind Plan?
It's a quick and easy process! Simple log into your account, click on the "Billing" tab, and take it from there.
